What better way to start 2011 with the latest compilation by Mikrokosmos records Extrasensory Perception 3. The third installment of the popular series features 9 previously unreleased tracks and is compiled by Liquid Soul and Martin aka Human Element.
There is no messing about here and Liquid Soul's remix to Ovnimoon, Galactic Mantra is straight to the point with a bubbly atmosphere building. Earsugar & Double Click add another dimension and ease through with their catchy melodies and funky groove. Maco's entrance to the game is not bad either, Phantasy is bouncy and has character building up.
Egorythm next with a strong remix of Ace Ventura track Dark Matter, perhaps the best in this compilation. Nerso follows up nicely with Outer Space whilst E-Clip raises the bar with the rich trance grove Psy Tribe. Earsugar is back solo with a monster delivery of Wide Awake. A crispy production with a punch, ideal for the dancefloor.
Aquafeel continue with Unity Consciousness and to wrap up Midimal remix a Human Element track Ages Of History with its fantastic pace and interesting clapping hands leading along.
If you are still pondering new year resolutions maybe consider Extrasensory Perception 3, can't hurt.
